At Cozy Luxes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to return or exchange a product.

Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made to order, and we require 3 – 7 working days for production. Please consider this timeframe when placing your order. Once the order is placed please do not request for early delivery as it’s not possible to prioritise a particular individual’s order.

Size Chart Verification

Before placing an order, kindly review our size chart to ensure you select the correct size. We recommend double-checking measurements to minimize the possibility of size-related issues.

Damage During Transit

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, we require a proper opening video as evidence for exchange or refund. We cannot process exchanges or refunds without a valid opening video.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with the opening video as proof. We will initiate a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 4 – 7 days after approval of the return request.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing the payment.
